Practice Matters
Professional supervision for practitioners working with people and change
A confidential space for reflection, learning and professional development.
What is supervision?
Supervision is a space to:
Reflect on your practice
Learn from your experience
Explore complex situations and your relationships
Strengthen your professional judgement
Work through ethical dilemmas
Attend to your wellbeing
Better understand organisational and systemic influences
Supervision for…
Practitioners working with people and change
Reflective supervision for organisational development and EDI practitioners, change practitioners, HR professionals, coaches, consultants, facilitators, educators and those working in leadership roles or complex organisational environments.
TA practitioners and trainees
Supervision and learning for transactional analysis (TA) trainees, CTA candidates and qualified practitioners seeking a reflective space for professional development and growth.
My approach
I believe that learning and development happen in relationship.
Through supervision, I work collaboratively with practitioners to create the conditions for awareness, learning and new possibilities to emerge in person, practice and community.
I bring curiosity, compassion, challenge and an ethical lens, alongside a belief in people's capacity to think, learn and change.
About me
I'm Sarah Hubbard and the Founder of Practice Matters. I am a supervisor, educator, organisational transactional analyst and published author, working across supervision, learning and reflective practice.
I am a Certified Transactional Analyst (CTA) and Provisional Teaching and Supervising Transactional Analyst (PTSTA) in the organisational field. Supervision begins with a conversation.
