Supervision for…
Different practitioners face different opportunities and challenges in their work.
Practice Matters currently offers supervision for two professional communities.
Practitioners working with people and change
A reflective, developmental space for organisational development and EDI practitioners, change practitioners, HR professionals, coaches, consultants, facilitators, educators and those working in leadership roles.
Supervision provides an opportunity to step back from the demands of day-to-day practice and make sense of what is happening within yourself, your role and the wider systems you are part of.
Together we may explore:
Professional practice and identity
Role, authority and influence
Relationships and boundaries
Organisational dynamics and culture
Group processes and group dynamics
Ethics and decision-making
Power and responsibility
Learning from experience
Wellbeing and sustainability
Supervision supports practitioners to deepen awareness, strengthen professional judgement and develop more intentional ways of working.
It is available for individuals, established supervision groups, or groups of practitioners who wish to learn together through a shared reflective process. Group supervision can be particularly valuable for those seeking to deepen awareness of their practice through dialogue, multiple perspectives and collective learning.
Transactional Analysis practitioners and trainees
Grounded in relationship and informed by co-creative transactional analysis, supervision offers a reflective space to support both personal and professional development.
Whether you are building your foundations as a trainee, preparing for CTA, or seeking ongoing professional supervision, our work together provides an opportunity to integrate theory and practice, deepen awareness and continue your development as a practitioner.
I am a CTA and PTSTA in the organisational field and I also offer supervision to trainees in psychotherapy, counselling and education fields.
Together we may explore:
Professional practice and development
Integration of TA theory and practice
CTA training and preparation
Ethics and professional standards
Relational dynamics and process
Permissions, protections and potency
Professional identity and role
Personal and professional learning edges
Supervision is shaped collaboratively, creating the conditions for learning, autonomy and new possibilities to emerge.
It is available both individually and in groups. Group supervision provides opportunities for shared learning, witnessing different approaches to practice, and exploring relational and systemic dynamics in real time. It can be particularly beneficial for trainees preparing for CTA or practitioners seeking ongoing professional development within a supportive learning community.
